Rollin McCraty, Ph.D., is director of research and a founding member of the HeartMath Institute, where a group of scientists in Northern California have been researching the science of the heart for almost thirty years. They focus on a physiological state termed the “heart-coherent state.”
His research interests include the physiology of emotion, with a focus on the mechanisms by which emotions influence cognitive processes, behavior, and health.

Everything else I offer are different modalities of things that help with the process of pregnancy, birth and parenthood. In addition to be a midwife and graduating from the only California State accredited midwifery school, I am a Doula, Lactation Consultant, Prenatal Yoga Instructor, CPR Instructor and a Emergency Medical Technician who is a provider in Neonatal Resuscitation.
